Welcome to Portum. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and services (together, "Portum"). By creating an account, buying tickets, or otherwise using Portum, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

When you buy a ticket, you enter into a purchase for that event, subject to the organizer's rules and these Terms.

• A purchase is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.
• Tickets are delivered to your Portum account, each with a unique QR code used for entry.
• Each ticket QR is valid for a single entry; duplicating or sharing it may result in denied entry.
• Some events may carry age limits, ID requirements, or other entry conditions set by the organizer.
• Availability is limited; tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and may be held temporarily during checkout.

• All prices are shown in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and, where applicable, include or indicate VAT as required by law.
• Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider using secure methods. We do not store your full card details.
• You agree to pay all charges for your purchases, including any applicable fees and taxes shown at checkout.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by obvious errors.

• Refund eligibility depends on the organizer's policy for each event, shown on the event page.
• If an event is cancelled or materially changed by the organizer, refunds will be handled in line with the organizer's policy and applicable law.
• Except where required by law, service or booking fees may be non-refundable.

• Attendees must comply with the venue's and organizer's rules, including security checks and any age or ID requirements.
• The organizer may refuse entry or remove anyone who breaches event rules or behaves disruptively.

• Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their event listings, ticket types, pricing, and for delivering the event as described.
• Organizers agree to comply with these Terms, applicable laws, and Portum's policies when using the platform to list and sell tickets.

You agree not to:

• Resell, transfer, or exploit tickets except where expressly permitted by the platform and the organizer.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated means to buy tickets or access the platform.
• Attempt to bypass security, tamper with QR codes, or gain unauthorized access.
• Use Portum for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

All content on Portum — including the name, logo, design, and software — is owned by or licensed to Portum and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without our permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Portum is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform or attendance at events. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Events are provided by organizers, and Portum's role is limited to providing the ticketing platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts/authorities of Saudi Arabia. [Confirm exact governing-law and dispute-resolution wording with your lawyer.]
